Daesung Big Bang telah menjadi topik untuk debutnya sebagai aktor dalam drama musikal, “What’s Up!”. ‘What ‘s up” adalah sebuah drama kampus yang akan menggambarkan tentang mimpi dan mencintai seorang siswa musik.

Alasan Mengapa BigBang Hanya Merilis Mini Album

Setelah dua tahun absen, BIGBANG kembali dengan mini album. Hari ini, YGE telah merilis gambar teaser dari album baru mereka di website resmi mereka dengan pernyataan tanggal comeback “2011.02.24” dan sebuah kalimat”MINI ALBUM RELEASE 4”
Bigbang akan membuat comeback mereka dengan mini album setelah absen selama 2 tahun. Lalu, mengapa mini album? Banyak orang yang telah mempertanyakan hal itu. Ternyata penyebabnya adalah karena mereka ingin meningkatkan frekuensi mereka dalam memproduksi album tahun ini (jadi, mereka ingin meningkatkan jumlah album yang dirilis tahun ini) tetapi mereka akan tetap melakukan pertemuan dengan fans sebagai pengganti waktu promosi lagu yang singkat.
Dalam sebuah wawancara G Dragon mengatakan “Setelah kita kembali dari Jepang, kami merencanakan membuat satu album lagi”
Di gambar Teaser come backnya bigbang terdapat tulisan “bigbang” di mulut tengkorak dengan mata yang berbentuk bintang dan juga tengkorak itu memakai sepasang headphone. Gambar ini menimbulkan perhatian dari para fans.
